CBD Turmeric Tea

This tea is perfect nightcap in the evening to warm your body and calm your mind for a good night’s sleep, especially during the winter months, but delicious enough to enjoy year-round.

Ingredients

½ tsp

Turmeric root has long been used in Ayurvedic medicines as it has very rich anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

½ tsp

Along with anti-inflammatory properties, Cinnamon can also provide heart health benefits by improving  circulation.

½ tsp

While nutmeg adds aroma and enhances the taste of this tea, it also has trace minerals that keep the immune system running like a well-oilled machine.

¼ tsp

Ginger is a popular treatment for upset stomach and nausea, as it aids digestion.

1 Cup

Milk is a great source of calcium and will give the tea a rich creamy texture. Coconut, Almond or Soy are great alternatives to use here for a dairy-free option.

½ tsp

Use locally sourced honey for a boost of immunity against allergies.
