This tea is perfect nightcap in the evening to warm your body and calm your mind for a good night’s sleep, especially during the winter months, but delicious enough to enjoy year-round.
Turmeric root has long been used in Ayurvedic medicines as it has very rich anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Along with anti-inflammatory properties, Cinnamon can also provide heart health benefits by improving circulation.
While nutmeg adds aroma and enhances the taste of this tea, it also has trace minerals that keep the immune system running like a well-oilled machine.
Ginger is a popular treatment for upset stomach and nausea, as it aids digestion.
Milk is a great source of calcium and will give the tea a rich creamy texture. Coconut, Almond or Soy are great alternatives to use here for a dairy-free option.
Use locally sourced honey for a boost of immunity against allergies.
Whether full spectrum or otherwise, pick what CBD oil works best for you!

Pour and enjoy!
Pour into a mug, or split between two for sharing, and enjoy! Optional: Add an extra sprinkle of nutmeg on top for a finishing touch
*CBD Oil dosage amounts vary for each individual. We recommend starting with 1 full dropper of 0.5mg CBD, which would be about 20 drops or 10mg. You can always increase the dosage on the next batch if needed.
