Combine the 4 diced Roma Tomato and 1 cup chopped Cilantro with the 2 minced Garlic Cloves, 1 diced Onion, and 2 minced Jalapenos.
Add a Splash of lime
Add the juice from one of the Lime halves to finish the Pico de Gallo, then salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mash the two Avocados and add the juice from the other Lime half along with ½ tsp of Cumin.
Mix and enjoy!
